Meet Tracie – A Passionate Advocate for Healing and Holistic Wellness

After proudly serving in the United States military, I redirected my life's mission toward the healing and empowerment of others by earning a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. Today, I’m a licensed clinician with over a decade of experience supporting individuals from all walks of life—including military personnel and their families, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and students at Norfolk State University.

My work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, with extensive experience in trauma, PTSD, generational trauma, and sexual trauma. I hold certifications in Psychological First Aid, Grief & Loss, and Sexual Trauma, which have equipped me with the skills and sensitivity needed to walk with clients through some of life’s most challenging moments.

What drives me is my unwavering passion for helping individuals create their story through the transformative journey of therapy. I take a holistic, client-centered approach—meeting each person exactly where they are and tailoring care to fit their unique needs and life stage. I’m currently expanding my expertise through certifications in holistic living and wellness, continuing my commitment to whole-person healing.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a nature lover, cycling enthusiast, and adventure-seeking family woman. One of my many passions is nutrition, which led me to earn a certificate in Ayurvedic Nutrition—a perfect complement to my holistic approach to mental health.

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It's personal, powerful, and possible—and I'm here to help you achieve it.
