Tracie Randall

Licensed Professional Counselor

Co-Founder & CEO

As a veteran, multicultural woman, and licensed mental health clinician with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals heal and create meaningful change. I specialize in trauma-informed care for PTSD, grief and loss, generational trauma, and sexual trauma. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help clients process distressing experiences, reduce emotional triggers, and build greater resilience. My collaborative, culturally responsive approach may also incorporate optional holistic wellness support. With training in holistic living and a certificate in Ayurvedic nutrition, I offer educational guidance that supports balanced living and whole-person wellness. Together, we can nurture healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
